Return/Exchange & Refund Policies:

Return or exchange policies:

• You must recheck your information such as your phone number & addresses. And for outside Dhaka your sundarbon branch name should be clear.
• You must not cancel your order once the package is shipped / delivery man is at your doorstep. Website will mark automatically if this happens. Cancellation won’t be accepted after 6 hours from ordering.
• You must respond immediately to the delivery man once you will get call. Your parcel will be automatically cancelled within 2 days if the delivery agent can’t reach you.
• You or whoever receives your packages, must check in front of the delivery man. Once the delivery man leaves neither exchange nor return will be made.
• You must keep your money receipt while claiming about your issues. Without money receipt no issues will be accepted by the company. Without money receipt the company will not be responsible for any incidents at any circumstances.
• If you get wrong packages or if you find missing products or faulty products you must immediately contact at our Facebook page or helpline in front of the delivery person, once the delivery guy leaves no issues will be accepted.
• If you get wrong packages or any incidents happen to your product or package, the team will be sending over the correct products within 2-4 days once the discussions are made.
• For outside Dhaka/who are paying the full advance/doing bkash: If you face any issues with your ordered packages, you should notify the team with proper documentation as evidence within 6 hours. After that, no changes can happen. Also, oral claiming won’t be granted. You must have the money receipt as evidence. Hence, the issues will be solved immediately by the customer representatives as per discussions.
• For outside Dhaka: If your packages are returned at our office due to not reaching you, you have to pay AGAIN for the delivery charge to resend it. Otherwise, the parcel will not be resending and you will be refunded immediately.
• For outside Dhaka: If any situation requires that the customer needs to send something back or return to the office, the company will bear the delivery charge. For that, the sender must send a photo of the package she/he is sending and a memo to the Facebook page.
• If you face any issues shopping our products from our vendors stores/ locations the issues won’t be solved here. You must notify the company from where you have purchased.
• Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by negligence, poor use, or incorrect application. It is not possible to exchange a product owing to allergic or skin responses. Personal hate of the product, dislike of the scent, or dislike of the color that cannot be backed up by proof of quality concerns with the product itself is not eligible for exchange.
• You must not keep a single product where else you ordered multiple products while delivering. If you are willing to do so, your order will be cancelled immediately.

রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:

রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি::

• আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার তথ্য যেমন আপনার ফোন নম্বর এবং ঠিকানাগুলি পুনরায় পরীক্ষা করতে হবে৷ আর ঢাকার বাইরের জন্য আপনার সুন্দরবন শাখার নাম পরিষ্কার হতে হবে।
• প্যাকেজ শিপড হয়ে গেলে / ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার দোরগোড়ায় থাকলে আপনি অবশ্যই আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করবেন না। এটি ঘটলে ওয়েবসাইট স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে চিহ্নিত হবে। অর্ডার করার 6 ঘন্টা পরে বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
• একবার আপনি কল পেলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে অবিলম্বে সাড়া দিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট আপনার কাছে পৌঁছাতে না পারলে আপনার পার্সেল 2 দিনের মধ্যে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
• আপনি বা আপনার হয়ে কেউ প্যাকেজ গ্রহণ করবেন, অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে চেক করবেন। একবার ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে গেলে বিনিময় বা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
• আপনার সমস্যা সম্পর্কে দাবি করার সময় আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার রসিদ রাখতে হবে। রসিদ ছাড়া কোম্পানি দ্বারা কোন সমস্যা গ্রহণ করা হবে না. রসিদ ছাড়া কোম্পানি কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে কোনো ঘটনার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• আপনি যদি ভুল প্যাকেজ পান বা যদি আপনি অনুপস্থিত পণ্য বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য খুঁজে পান তবে আপনাকে অবিলম্বে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে বা ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির সামনে হেল্পলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে, একবার ডেলিভারি লোক চলে গেলে কোনো সমস্যা গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
• আপনি যদি ভুল প্যাকেজ পান বা আপনার পণ্য বা প্যাকেজে কোনো ঘটনা ঘটে থাকে আপনাকে অবিলম্বে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে বা ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির সামনে হেল্পলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে,, যোগাযোগ হয়ে গেলে দলটি 2-4 দিনের মধ্যে সঠিক পণ্য পাঠাবে।
• ঢাকার বাইরে/যারা সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করছেন/বিকাশ করছেন: আপনার অর্ডার করা প্যাকেজ নিয়ে কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে, আপনাকে ৬ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রমাণ হিসেবে যথাযথ ডকুমেন্টেশন আমাদেরকে অবহিত করতে হবে। এর পরে, কোন পরিবর্তন ঘটতে পারে না। এছাড়াও, মৌখিক দাবি মঞ্জুর করা হবে না। প্রমাণ হিসাবে আপনার কাছে অর্থের রসিদ থাকতে হবে। অতএব, গ্রাহক প্রতিনিধিদের সাথে আলোচনা অনুসারে সমস্যাগুলি অবিলম্বে সমাধান করা হবে।
• ঢাকার বাইরের জন্য: যদি আপনার প্যাকেজগুলি আপনার কাছে না পৌঁছানোর কারণে আমাদের অফিসে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে পুনরায় পাঠানোর জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ আবার দিতে হবে। অন্যথায়, পার্সেলটি পুনরায় পাঠানো হবে না এবং আপনাকে অবিলম্বে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• ঢাকার বাইরের জন্য: যদি কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে গ্রাহককে কিছু ফেরত পাঠাতে হয় বা অফিসে ফিরে যেতে হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কোম্পানি বহন করবে। এর জন্য, প্রেরককে অবশ্যই সে যে প্যাকেজটি পাঠাচ্ছে তার একটি ছবি এবং ফেসবুক পেজে একটি মেমো পাঠাতে হবে।
• আপনি যদি আমাদের বিক্রেতাদের দোকান/স্থান থেকে আমাদের পণ্য কেনাকাটা করতে কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন তবে সমস্যাগুলি এখানে সমাধান করা হবে না। আপনি যেখান থেকে কিনেছেন সেই কোম্পানিকে অবশ্যই জানাতে হবে।
• আমাদের এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিটার্ন নীতি পণ্য ব্যবহারে অবহেলা, দুর্বল ব্যবহার, বা ভুল প্রয়োগের কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতিগুলি কভার করে না। অ্যালার্জি বা ত্বকের প্রতিক্রিয়ার কারণে পণ্য বিনিময় করা সম্ভব নয়। পণ্যের ব্যক্তিগত ঘৃণা, ঘ্রাণ অপছন্দ, বা রঙের অপছন্দ যা পণ্যের সাথে গুণমানের উদ্বেগের প্রমাণ দ্বারা ব্যাক আপ করা যায় না তা বিনিময়ের যোগ্য নয়।
• ডেলিভারি করার সময় আপনি যেখানে একাধিক পণ্য অর্ডার করেছেন সেখানে অবশ্যই একটি পণ্য রাখবেন না। আপনি যদি তা করতে ইচ্ছুক হন তবে আপনার অর্ডার অবিলম্বে বাতিল করা হবে।

Refund policy:

The company will refund once the customer shows or claims or submits the receipt of money and relevant documents. Money will not be refunded without proper proof.

গ্রাহক একবার অর্থের রসিদ এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক নথিগুলি দেখালে বা দাবি করলে বা জমা দিলে কোম্পানী ফেরত দেবে। যথাযথ প্রমাণ ছাড়া টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

Cancellation policy:
